Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or early childhood settings preferred
- Strong background in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students with a range of communication needs
- Collaborative, flexible, and committed to student-centered care
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K–12, adapting approaches to diverse caseloads and age groups
- Develop, implement, and adjust Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, track student progress, and communicate results with educational teams and families
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and other specialists for holistic student support
- Maintain accurate, timely records consistent with school and district policies
