Speech Language Pathologist in Anoka, MN

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Role Details:

• Contract period: August 25, 2026 – June 10, 2027 (first day with students: September 8, 2026)
• Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours a week, Monday through Friday
• Serve as an essential team member at one of six locations, with each position dedicated to a single site to provide focused support to students.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Minnesota SLP license with dual certification required (PDF copy should be attached along with your resume)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) desirable; open to strong Clinical Fellows
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred, though not required for CFs
• Solid communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering student progress and inclusion in the school community

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs while engaging families and staff in the process
• Work alongside educators, administrators, and other specialists to promote optimal learning environments
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress efficiently
• Participate in district meetings, professional development, and team planning
