Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Active SLP license for the state of Ohio.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows also considered.
• Prior school-based experience is highly desirable.
• Proficient in evaluation, diagnosis, and development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school events as needed.
• Provide both direct and consultative services to support student success in academic and social settings.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of the student population.
