Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Connecticut SLP license
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required

- Ability to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy to students across the K-12 spectrum
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote students’ social and academic growth
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and adjust interventions based on student needs
- Offer support and resources to classroom educators to facilitate effective inclusion
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
