Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a school psychologist
• Familiarity with evidence-based assessment and intervention strategies
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
• Consult with educational staff and families regarding interventions, accommodations, and behavioral strategies
• Design and implement individual and group counseling sessions to address academic and social-emotional challenges
• Participate in development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with state and federal guidelines
