Desired Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Wisconsin
• Prior experience in a school-based setting, particularly with elementary-aged students, is highly valued
• Strong knowledge in assessment and intervention strategies for articulation disorders
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators and support staff
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations of students with articulation needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to foster student progress
• Provide direct therapy to a caseload of elementary students, focusing on moderate articulation challenges
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation in accordance with school requirements
• Consult with teachers and families to support students’ generalization of speech skills across school settings
• Offer guidance and mentorship to the onsite SLPA, ensuring coordinated interventions and consistent support for students
