Key Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification suitable for early childhood education
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about working with young children
• Previous experience in a general education or PreK setting preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily instruction following state and school guidelines for PreK curriculum
• Foster an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere that promotes emotional and academic growth
• Create hands-on activities and use differentiated instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs
• Assess and document each child’s progress and communicate effectively with families and support staff
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to ensure quality education
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and instructional methods
