Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM

Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour (W2)

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team in Brea. This is a fully onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity for an individual who enjoys providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional and courteous customer service.
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist clients with requests, questions, and issue resolution while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client needs.
• Schedule appointments and assist with office support tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to company policies.
• Support additional administrative and customer service functions as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service, administrative support, or office experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
