Responsibilities
- Door-to-door prospecting (must be comfortable knocking )
- Self-generate your own leads and deals
- Set, sit, and close appointments
- Maintain strong pipeline management
- Deliver professional solar consultations
- Close deals at a high level
Pre-set appointments will be provided to consultants who consistently maintain a 37% Set/Sit/Close ratio.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of solar sales experience (required)
- Proven closing track record
- Strong self-generation skills
- High energy, self-motivated, competitive mindset
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
