This is a full-time, on-site position based in San Diego, CA, for the role of Solar Consultant. The Solar Consultant will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, conducting energy assessments, tailoring solar solutions to specific customer needs, and providing detailed proposals. The role also involves educating clients about solar energy systems, navigating financing options, and ensuring a smooth transition from consultation to system installation. Regular collaboration with installation teams and other stakeholders will be essential to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Solar Technology, Energy Assessments, and Renewable Energy Trends
- Ability to Create Custom Solutions and Craft Detailed Proposals
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
- Proficiency in Tools like CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational skills
- A valid California driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
