Salary: Starting at $60,000 annually (based on experience)
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Operations Associate to support and improve day-to-day operational functions across the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building efficient systems, and is eager to contribute to the growth of a medical device company.
The Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting material procurement, inventory control, manufacturing workflows, and distribution of medical devices, while also collaborating with sales, finance, customer service, and product development teams to streamline internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Supply Chain Support
- Assist in material procurement, inventory control, manufacturing operations, and medical device distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and support production planning efforts.
Systems & Process Optimization
- Support the development, standardization, and optimization of company-wide operations and systems across sales, finance, customer service, and product development.
- Lead initiatives to establish and improve processes within Gramatan Health Supplies, including prescriber and customer communications, workflow automation, and digital tooling.
- Implement and enhance digital software platforms and communication tools used throughout the organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support ongoing company growth.
- Assist in strategic planning, reporting, and communications with the sales team.
Administrative & Internal Operations
- Maintain and improve internal systems and SOPs (e.g., PTO tracking, expenses, HR forms).
- Assist with basic financial operations, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general financial tracking.
Other Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your manager to support evolving operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- Experience in operations, logistics, or administrative management a strong plus
- Familiarity with startup company operations, supply chain, or medical device workflows is a bonus
- Strong proficiency with digital tools and platforms (Microsoft, QuickBooks, CRM/ERP systems, inventory software, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable improving or building new systems
