We are seeking a motivated and Sales Associate / Merchandiser to support our sales team with day-to-day operations and customer outreach. This position offers hands-on experience in sales operations, customer relations, and business development in a fast-paced professional environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits and provide service to assigned customers
- Drive company car safely to customer visits
- Understand customer needs, and present product solutions
- Set up and maintain product displays at retail locations
- Replenish stock from storage as needed.
- Support sales events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Communicate with internal departments to support order fulfillment and customer requests
- Perform general administrative and sales support tasks as needed
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Valid Drivers License and clean driver history
