Front Desk Agent

Sun Mountain Lodge is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Front Desk Associates. As a Front Desk Associate you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests’ exceptional service. This position is vital in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their overall resort experience is exceptional. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, efficiently handling guest inquiries and requests, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the front desk.

Job Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Check- In and Check-Out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payment process.
• Provide information to guests about lodge amenities, services and attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special accommodations with promptness and courtesy.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues to their satisfaction.
• Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner.
• Process guest registration cards and ensure all required information is collected.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guests correspondence professionally

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a high-volume atmosphere, calmly and professionally.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for a long period of time.

Salary Range:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE
