Position: LPN or RN
Pay: LPN up to $35 and RN up to $44
Schedule: 3pm-11pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Efficiently order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as required.
- Implement customized care plans tailored to residents' unique needs during the night.
- Perform wound care, treatments, and medical procedures.
- Meticulously document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to resident care throughout the night.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and resident rights, complying with HIPAA policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid RN or LPN License in the State of Florida
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing in Long Term Care with managerial experience is preferred
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
