Key Responsibilities :
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and deliver messages as needed.
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate locations.
- Provide callers and guests with information about the facility, including directions and contact details.
- Monitor visitor access, sign-in processes, and front door security for resident safety.
- Operate paging systems and facilitate communication between residents and callers when needed.
- Maintain logs of resident appointments, in / out passes, and clinic visits.
- Handle petty cash transactions and coordinate vending machine operations.
- Schedule pick-ups and drop-offs for the facility driver.
- Maintain updated records, such as emergency contact lists and department extensions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
