Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with placing To-Go orders via phone or in-person, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders swiftly and accurately.
• Prepare and package food orders with attention to presentation and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the To-Go station, including packaging supplies and order pick-up areas.
• Provide excellent guest service by answering questions, offering menu recommendations, and addressing any special requests or concerns.
• Uphold restaurant policies on food safety, hygiene, and guest confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host/host or server in a restaurant setting is highly preferred.
• Strong food service background with knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality environments can be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
