Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with scheduling changes and coordination between caregivers and clients
- Perform routine quality audits and administrative reviews
- Support documentation, data entry, and internal tracking systems
- Communicate with clients and caregivers to address administrative needs
- Complete visits in the field to ensure regulatory compliance - valid driver's license, insurance, and transportation are required (drive time and mileage is paid)
- Collaborate with team members to support daily office operations
- Handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Reliable and consistent attendance - dependability is essential in this role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to pivot quickly and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a team-based, mission-driven environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Professional demeanor when working with clients, caregivers, and leadership
- Prior administrative or healthcare office experience preferred, but not required
