SummitWest Care is a local nonprofit home care agency seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support clients throughout Mesa County.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and homemaking tasks
• Follow individualized care plans to support safety and independence
• Document services and communicate with care team

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional approach to care
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the care team

Experience in home health, long-term care, assisted living, hospice, or related healthcare settings is welcomed, but not required.
