Are you outgoing, approachable, and enjoy sparking conversations? Summit Retail Solutions is looking for energetic individuals to join our Lead Generation home improvement team inside busy retail locations in your area.
Your role will be to engage shoppers, provide basic information about our home improvement programs, collect project details and schedule appointments with interested homeowners. You’ll be the first step in helping families connect with affordable upgrades for their homes.
What You’ll Do as a Home Improvement Rep:
- Greet and engage shoppers at high-traffic retail locations
- Start friendly conversations to inform them of home improvement services available
- Provide basic info—no technical knowledge required
- Collect information and book appointments for follow-up
- Work independently after 1-on-1 training with your local trainer
Compensation & Schedule: Avg. Reps Earn $700-1000 per week (base commission)
- Hourly pay: $14
- Uncapped commissions: $50 for every verified lead
- Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, full-time availability preferred
- No heavy lifting or setup required
- Travel is not required, but opportunities are potentially available for those interested in visiting new markets

Requirements:

- Background in Home Improvement, Sales, or Retail preferred
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven
- High School diploma or GED required (Must be at least 18 years of age or older)
