Retail Sales Associate

Summit Retail Solutions Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to represent leading consumer brands in high-traffic retail locations. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with strong customer service skills who are excited by sales and direct marketing. You’ll be responsible for promoting and enrolling customers in our exclusive at-home water delivery service.

Our team focuses on building strong customer service experiences while driving product enrollment and long-term value for our clients.

We are currently expanding our team to support a premium at-home water delivery service—bringing health and convenience to customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers in a retail setting to promote and enroll them in our water delivery service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, educating customers about product benefits and answering questions.
• Achieve and exceed weekly sales and enrollment goals.
• Represent Summit Retail Solutions and our brand partners with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on sales techniques, product info, and direct marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or direct marketing is helpful but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Position Overview:

• Commission-based pay structure following a 4-6 week paid training period.
• Average representatives earn $800–$1,200 per week.
• Top representatives earn $1,200–$2,500 per week.
• This role is inside big box retailers, the Retail Sales Associate will be required to travel within a designated 40 mile territory to assigned location
