What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1099 Commercial Cleaning Contractor position at Summit Pro Clean?
Summit Pro Clean is an Atlanta-based commercial cleaning company looking to add reliable 1099 contractors to our roster. We do janitorial and commercial cleaning for offices, medical practices, gyms, restaurants, retail spaces, and post construction sites across Atlanta.
This is per-job contract work. You set your availability — we reach out when jobs are available in your area.
What you'll be doing:
- Commercial cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas
- Post construction cleaning — dust removal, detail cleaning, floor care
- Trash removal, mopping, sweeping, disinfecting, and surface cleaning
- Communicating with our team before and after every job
- Sending before and after photos on every visit
What we're looking for:
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Atlanta metro
- Your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment
- Experience in commercial or post construction cleaning preferred
- Professional attitude — you represent our brand on every job
- Ability to work independently without supervision
