Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures following established safety standards to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools efficiently.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed.
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work to maintain property exterior cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, supplies used, and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles; hotel or housekeeping management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface care products, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple properties.
- Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities.
