1st Shift Paraprofessional - Make a Difference Every Day!

We’re hiring professional, compassionate, and dependable Paraprofessionals to support students in a school setting. 5–8 openings are expected over the coming weeks.

Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:15 AM–2:15 PM
Location: Ludlow, MA

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 support to a student with behavioral needs.
• Work closely with a team to manage and de-escalate challenging situations.
• Assist with implementing behavior management strategies and instructional supports.
• Support students with their daily activities and learning needs.
• Assist with mobility and toileting needs when required.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
• Build professional and supportive relationships with students, staff, and the school community.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in a school, daycare, behavioral setting, or similar professional environment is strongly preferred.
• PCA candidates are welcome to apply, especially those with professional caregiving experience.
• Strong professionalism, reliability, patience, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable assisting with students' day-to-day activities and personal care needs.
• Caring, compassionate, and understanding approach.
