Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive – Established Independent Agency

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise commercial clients on coverage options and risk management strategies
- Manage the full policy lifecycle, including renewals, endorsements, and service requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Maintain accurate client and policy data within agency systems
- Ensure policies are handled accurately and serviced in a timely manner
- Contribute to team initiatives and overall agency goals
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Commercial Lines account management experience within an independent agency
- Experience with large commercial accounts
- Active Property & Casualty license in MA
- Strong communication, client service, and relationship management skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
