Kaplansky Insurance, an Alera Group Company, is looking for a Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our team. Join our team at one of our MA/RI/NY locations - Needham, Concord, Truro, Framingham, Fairhaven, Worcester, Hanover, Milford, Braintree, MA, North Smithfield, RI, or Long Island, NY.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and support for commercial lines insurance clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns
- Advise clients on coverage options, policy changes, and risk management; provide clear recommendations and manage premium collections
- Manage and maintain client accounts using Applied Epic, including documentation, policy updates, and proactive follow-up communication
- Identify opportunities to round out accounts and cross-sell additional coverage to maximize value and earn commissions
- Respond promptly to client and carrier requests, maintaining compliance and minimizing E&O risk
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ of Commercial Lines experience
- Valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty License
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for building strong client relationships
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in insurance agency management software, insurance rating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Applied Epic experience is a plus

The annual base salary range is $55,000 to $80,000, plus commission.
