In this role, you’ll manage an existing book of business, support clients with their coverage needs, and handle quoting for new and renewal accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional service by assisting clients with questions, changes, and coverage education.
- Manage endorsements, issue binders, and process renewals.
- Assist clients with claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Quote new and renewal business.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum 5 years of personal lines experience preferred.
- Strong multitasking skills with excellent communication and follow-through.
- Experience with AMS360 or similar systems is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset.
