About the Role
We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team and provide outstanding service to a book of high-net-worth and standard personal insurance clients. This is a client-focused role responsible for managing day-to-day account activity, building strong relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with long-term growth potential
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a personal lines book of business
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, remarketing, quoting, billing inquiries, and claims support
- Review coverage needs and identify opportunities to better protect clients and their families
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Prepare proposals and renewal presentations as needed
- Ensure accuracy and compliance within the agency management system (AMS360 experience preferred but not required
- Collaborate with producers and team members to deliver excellent client service and retention
Qualifications
- 3 years of Personal Lines Account Manager, CSR, or client service experience
- ce.Active Property & Casualty License required (or ability to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella, valuable articles, flood, and other personal insurance products
- Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
- AMS360 experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
