Personal Lines Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal lines book (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Handle renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day client service
- Provide coverage guidance and process policy changes
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely, accurate servicing
- Maintain client records in the agency management system
Qualifications
- Active NJ Property & Casualty license
- 2 years of experience in a personal lines account management role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with insurance software systems
