Duties
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, prospects, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Conduct high-end B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, negotiating deals that align with client needs and company goals.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers, maximizing revenue through strategic sales support and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop targeted marketing strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating professional phone etiquette, and maintaining clear communication.
- Support inventory management and dealership experience by understanding product offerings and inventory control procedures to better serve clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals confidently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems are preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to effectively engage clients.
- Basic math skills and retail math knowledge for accurate quoting, invoicing, and inventory control.
- Experience in dealership or automotive environments is advantageous but not required; a strong customer service background is essential.
