This pivotal role combines front-desk reception duties with administrative responsibilities related to vehicle titles and dealership operations. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will create a welcoming environment while efficiently managing title processing, inventory control, and customer service tasks. Your proactive communication skills and organizational expertise will drive smooth daily operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage title documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements, including title transfers, registrations, and lien processing.
- Assist in retail sales activities by supporting sales management efforts and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
- Support inventory management and control processes for vehicle parts and dealership assets.
- Handle cashiering duties related to customer payments, including processing transactions accurately using retail math principles.
- Maintain organized records of all title transactions, customer interactions, and administrative documents to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dealership environments or automotive repair settings is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Prior experience with retail sales, inventory management, or automotive titles is advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency in administrative tasks such as record keeping, filing, and data entry.
- Outbound sales experience or familiarity with sales pipeline management will be considered a plus.
