Responsibilities
- Assist senior HVAC technicians with service, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
- Perform duct cleaning and related tasks to ensure optimal system performance and indoor air quality for clients.
- Observe and learn proper techniques for servicing HVAC equipment under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, representing the companys values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Follow instructions carefully and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC trade.
Qualifications
- Ability to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- General knowledge of hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Self-motivated and service-oriented.
- Must be able to pass a Background, Driving and Drug Screening
Compensation
This position offers a competitive salary of $34,000 - $58,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
