We are looking for dependable team players with a friendly, positive demeanor, who enjoy interacting with customers to join our team. This role is critical in delivering a memorable experience for our customers.
- Available four days or 25 hours per week
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Must be available to work by 6am
- Prior barista experience highly preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Hourly wage plus tips will average $16 - $18 per hour. (rate of tips is not guaranteed)
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Greets customers politely and promptly.
- Attentiveness to drive through and dining room line.
- Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages.
- Willingness to continue to learn about food and beverage preparation.
- Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils, equipment, service areas and seating areas.
- Checks temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Describes menu items to customers or suggests products that might appeal to them.
- Provides customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparations as requested.
- Receives and processes customer payments.
- Serves prepared foods, such as tacos, muffins, and bagels.
- Stocks customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.
- Demonstrates proper attendance, punctuality, customer service, and overall attitude.
- In the absence of General Manager, completes necessary tasks.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
- Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
- Ability to walk, bend and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Skills

- Good memory to manage multiple orders simultaneously and recall faces, names, and preferences of frequent customers.
