Guest Experience and Drink Craft Baristas lead the Summer Moon experience through speed, warmth, and execution. You ensure every guest feels seen — and every drink is made right. A. Greet each guest with eye contact, energy, and a smile B. Ask for the guest’s name first and use it twice before entering it into the system C. Offer drink/pastry pairings to elevate the order experience D. Prepare all drinks within 3 minutes, following recipes precisely E. Tailor orders to guest preferences while upholding consistency F. Ring orders quickly and accurately, maintaining a clean register area II. Supporting the Team and the Floor You are essential to the flow of the store. From helping your team to resetting your station, your actions reflect ownership and excellence. A. Jump in where needed — milk, register, bar, lobby, dishes B. Help reset between rushes and maintain pace across shifts C. Complete cleaning and stocking tasks without needing reminders D. Follow instructions from Shift Supervisors, Trainers, and leadership E.
