In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of AT&T Fiber offerings for our customers, translating technical features into clear, easy-to-understand information. You’ll guide customers through available options, confirm service eligibility, and ensure every recommendation is relevant to their needs.
Core Responsibilities being a Customer Enrollment
- Provide frontline support by engaging with customers through in-person interactions, addressing questions, and service inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support a performance-driven, team-oriented environment
- Deliver personalized solutions by explaining AT&T Fiber features, resolving concerns, and helping customers choose the best services for their needs
- Support promotional campaigns and outreach efforts to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
Experience Summit Sales is Looking For
- Previous background in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging explanations
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
