What You'll Be Doing as a Business Management Associates :
- Get in front of customers daily through face-to-face interactions, this is a people business and you'll be right in the middle of it
- Break down telecommunications, wireless, and internet services in a way that actually makes sense to people
- Walk customers through new service setups, account activations, plan upgrades, and changes from start to finish
- Handle questions on services, pricing, and billing on the spot
- Match customers with the right promotions and plans based on what they actually need, not just what's easiest to sell
- Track your sales activity, accounts, and transactions accurately every day
