Role Overview
Sumeru Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects for enterprise clients. This role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic planning, and execution skills to ensure successful project delivery aligned with client expectations and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise client engagements, from initiation through delivery and closure
● Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
● Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management
● Coordinate cross-functional teams, including digital marketing and creative, marketing automation, QA, and business stakeholders
● Identify risks and issues proactively; develop mitigation and contingency plans
● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
● Track project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
● Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
● Manage change requests and ensure alignment with contractual obligations
● Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
● 5 years of experience in project management, preferably with enterprise clients
● Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced environment
● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
● Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
● PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
● Experience in IT services, digital transformation, or consulting environments
● Familiarity with enterprise-level systems and integrations
