Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Director of Project Management to support this effort as a 6-month assignment. This role is focused on

hands-on project execution, ensuring workstreams run smoothly, meetings are well-managed, timelines and deliverables are tracked, and dependencies are

actively maintained.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, maintaining

clear documentation, and keeping work moving forward.

Qualifications & Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in project management, PMO, or delivery roles supporting cross-functional initiatives
• Proven experience managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder management
• Experience leading RACI development and governance processes
• PMO certification a plus

Hybrid Work Requirement: This role is designated as hybrid and currently requires a minimum of four in-office days per week (Monday-Thursday)

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Coordination

• Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure initiatives progress smoothly and remain on schedule
• Work with key stakeholders to help define timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Track dependencies, risks, and open items across workstreams; proactively flag issues and support resolution
• Maintain continuity and flow across parallel initiatives Meeting Management & Facilitation
• Lead the planning, scheduling, and facilitation of meetings and working sessions
• Develop and circulate meeting agendas in advance that drive clarity, alignment and decision making
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, and action items, and ensure timely follow-through
• Help ensure meetings are productive, focused, and outcome-driven Stakeholder Coordination
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, responsibilities, and timing
• Serve as a central point of coordination and communication across teams
• Support preparation of updates and materials for broader working groups and leadership reviews Documentation & Status Reporting
• Compile regular project status updates to be shared with broader stakeholder groups
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, action logs, and dependency trackers
• Ensure project information is accurate, up to date, and consistently maintained Governance & Operating Discipline
• Assist in developing and maintaining RACIs, roles and responsibilities, and working norms
• Support consistent project management processes and tracking mechanisms
• Help reinforce accountability and clarity across teams
