Sully’s Steamers, born right here in downtown Greenville, SC, and now an 18 unit company , is seeking a driven, business-minded leader to serve as the Operator of our Downtown Greenville location. This high-profile, high-energy, flagship store requires a hands-on Operator who thrives in a fast-paced, urban environment and takes full ownership of restaurant performance, team leadership, and especially, guest experience. The founder of Sully’s, Robert Sullivan, started Sully’s Steamers in this store 13 years ago and wants to find his successor and eventual business partner, so he can focus on corporate/franchise growth.
As Operator, you’ll run the restaurant like it’s your own. You will essentially be the franchisee of the original Sully’s, but without the investment. Looking for someone passionate about building strong teams, delivering consistently great food and service, and strengthening Sully’s Steamers’ presence in the Downtown Greenville community.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations with a hands-on, ownership mindset
- Drive sales growth while managing food, labor, and operating costs
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently met
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience and handle service recovery when needed
- Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Serve as a visible leader in the Downtown Greenville community
What We’re Looking For
- Proven restaurant or hospitality management experience (fast-casual or high-volume preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Business-minded operator who understands profitability and people development
- Ability to thrive in a busy downtown environment
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain after hire)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.; valid driver’s license required
