- Assist the Dealer in planning, organizing, and controlling the Sales Department.
- Measure employee performance in the department and provide necessary assistance.
- Forecast and strive to meet departmental goals and objectives.
- Attend managers' meetings.
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of sales employees.
- Direct salespeople to enhance the dealership's image and customer experience.
- Communicate with and mentor salespeople to ensure adherence to dealership policies and procedures.
- Set sales goals for salespeople and review their performance.
- Conduct daily sales and training meetings.
