Job Summary:
The Finance Work Study Student provides administrative support to the Finance Office by assisting with clerical, customer service, and organizational functions. Responsibilities include data entry, filing, scanning, document preparation, organizing office files and supply areas, assisting visitors, and supporting the daily operations of the office while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Essential Job Functions (Order from most to least performed duties. Percentage of time allocation should equal 100%)
1. Perform data entry, filing, scanning, shredding, document preparation, and maintain financial records 25%
2. Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and vendors | 25%
3. Prepare, organize, copy, scan, and distribute financial and assist with general office projects as assigned. 25%
4. Organize and maintain the Finance Office file room and supply room, including filing documents, labeling files, and stocking supplies. 25%

Physical Requirements:
