Travel Required: None.

After-hours work: Hours are 8 - 5 each day with only occasional after-hours work necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous help desk assistance to customers on-site and over the phone, demonstrating a thorough understanding of Local Area Networking, Internet basics and its workings (DNS, security, IP routing, HTTP, VPN, email routing, spam, etc.), and VoIP implementation and support.
- Collaborate with vendors and clients to coordinate projects including development and installation of IT systems.
- Build and manage relationships with third party vendors including, but not limited to, AllScripts, Sage, Apple, Intuit, ISPs, etc.
- Develop and maintain documentation of all IT related processes and implementation plans.
- Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in the field of information technology or extensive history working for a service-based company.
