The Opportunity
Grow your assigned patient panel within our established Sugarloaf Medical practice. You'll serve our existing patients while building your panel through internal assignments and referrals. Our compensation structure rewards productivity with bonuses based on annual quotas - no financial investment required from you, just dedication to excellent patient care.
The Position
Outpatient only adult primary care (18 ) serving Sugarloaf Medical patients. Manage 2 new or 3 established patients per hour with comprehensive on-site diagnostics including ultrasound, DEXA, spirometry, and EKG. We handle chronic disease management and preventive care while referring complex pain, psychiatric, and dermatological cases to specialists.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM | Choose 4 or 4.5 days Technology: eClinicalWorks EMR with Dragon Medical One dictation Team: Join 7 providers in a collaborative, supportive environment
