Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented, and compassionate professional who thrives in a clinical setting and enjoys working closely with both patients and providers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, triage, and follow-up
- Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and treatments as ordered
- Assist providers with exams, procedures, and patient education
- Manage patient communication, including phone calls, portal messages, and care coordination
- Accurately document patient encounters in the EHR (eClinicalWorks experience a plus)
- Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
Qualifications:
- Current Georgia RN license (required)
- Prior experience in primary care, family practice, or internal medicine preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a patient-first mindset
