Your Key Responsibilities:
πΉ National Campaigns β Plan and execute brand-level marketing initiatives across the U.S.
πΉ Local Franchise Support β Guide franchisees on local promotions, events, and digital outreach
πΉ Product Marketing β Collaborate with the Product & Supply team to drive retail sales of sugaring paste and beauty items
πΉ Digital Channels β Oversee social media, paid ads, and email campaigns (independently or via external agencies)
πΉ Analytics & Reporting β Track ROI, analyze campaign impact on franchise performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
