Who we are:
We are an Organic Sugaring (waxing/hair removal) & Lash Studio service that appeals to all skin types, especially sensitive skin. From hair removal to skincare products, we are always looking for organic solutions. Our company is nationally known with locations from Miami to Dallas. We are constantly expanding and always seeking positive persons to join our happiness project. We focus on an exceptional customer and employee experience.

SUGARING / LASH LIFTS / BROW LAMINATION / TINTING / VAJACIALS!

We are open 7 days per week! Monday-Saturday 9-7 pm and Sunday 9-6 pm.

Shift requirements are flexible during weekdays and weekends are required from 9 am to 7 pm.

Pay:
Salary: $10.00 per hour

Requirement:

Must have experience with booking appointments, handling calls, taking payments, and great customer service skills. Preferred beauty industry experience, but not required.

Job Duties:

• Manage day to day appointments for clients, confirming bookings, answering phone calls, and collecting payments including no show/cancel invoices.
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Responsible for opening and/or closing procedures in partnership with the team.
• Must be able to handle escalated situations with clients and provide solutions while communicating respectfully.
• Responsible for responding to Google/Yelp reviews and completing reports assigned by management.
• Provide education to guests on what services we offer; full body sugaring for men and women, lash lifting and tinting, brow tinting, brow lamination, and more.
• Handle customer complaints about fees and other policies
• Process cancelation/no show payments
• Professional attitude with a drive to succeed as a team.
• Sharing product knowledge with clients based on their needs and closing retail sales.
• General cleaning duties including, but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, sanitizing, etc.
• Understanding company mission to provide beauty services as organic, eco-friendly, and healthy as possible to our community.
• Actively participate in a team setting to further the success of each individual team member and as a studio overall.
• Helping with restocking inventory and providing supply counts

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional customer service practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred

About Sugaring NYC:

Sugaring NYC provides body waxing to our clients with a sugar paste made up of sugar, lemon juice, and sugar. We pull with the hair growth to decrease breakage and ingrowns. Along with these pros we also apply the sugar paste at room temperature so no burns occur and our clients enjoy our technique which has led to a strong following for us.
