What You'll Do
As an Employee Benefits Account Associate, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of business clients, ensuring their employee benefits programs run smoothly from implementation through renewal.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with employer groups and key decision-makers.
- Provide guidance on medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other employee benefits programs.
- Lead annual renewal discussions and present available plan options.
- Coordinate open enrollment activities and assist with employee communications.
- Work closely with insurance carriers to resolve service issues and policy questions.
- Process enrollments, eligibility changes, terminations, and policy updates.
- Assist with onboarding new employer groups and implementing benefit plans.
- Monitor client accounts and proactively recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay current on carrier updates, market trends, and benefits regulations.
What We're Looking For

- Active California Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain).
- Experience in employee benefits, group health insurance, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Working knowledge of group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple client needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and benefits administration platforms, including Employee Navigator.
