Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Lancaster, PA. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and analyze data to monitor progress. Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to behavior therapists, training parents and caregivers in effective behavior management strategies, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for each child. The BCBA will also ensure compliance with ethical standards and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience in Behavior Management and Parent Education
- Background in Psychology or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) in good standing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is highly preferred
- Commitment to ethical standards and a passion for improving lives
- Master's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field
