Compensation & Schedule
- Guaranteed salary: $85,000–$95,000 depending on experience
- Not dependent on billable hour incentives
- Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours per week)
- Manageable caseload: 8–10 clients
- Option to work from home one day per week

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.)
- Develop and implement individualized, research-based treatment plans
- Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
- Provide weekly parent training and progress updates
- Supervise interns and RBTs (in-center and in-home)
- Attend weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
- Complete insurance correspondence (e.g., pre-authorization requests)
- Implement and oversee safety management
- Attend monthly group virtual training with our franchisor
- Attend monthly individual virtual training with our franchisor
Focus on Clinical Work — We Handle the Rest!
- BCBAs do not manage staff scheduling, HR tasks, or insurance chasing. Nothing is billed to insurance without BCBA approval, allowing you to focus on what matters most: quality clinical care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active BACB Certification (BCBA)
- BLS / CPR Certification
- No criminal background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and remain physically active
