We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic in Jacksonville. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is dedicated to making a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and their families, while driving a culture of clinical excellence.
The right candidate will bring at least 1 year of BCBA experience and strong leadership skills to guide our therapy team. Our newly designed clinic is sensory-friendly and thoughtfully built to inspire play, imagination, and meaningful learning.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment decisions and adjustments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and support.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in applied behavior analysis and patient care.
- Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
- Must be individually credentialed and in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) at time of hire

BENEFITS:
- Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
