Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will guide families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful progress in behavior, communication, social skills, and daily living. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations to identify underlying causes of behaviors.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Collect and analyze data meticulously to track client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent behavioral support across settings such as home, school, and community.
• Conduct intake assessments and participate in client communication to ensure clear understanding of treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.

Skills

• Extensive experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessments, and behavioral health strategies.
• Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis for tracking client progress effectively.
• Familiarity with special education environments, school experience, and home-based behavioral interventions.
• Ability to perform behavioral therapy using evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments (FBA).
• Excellent client communication skills to engage families and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
